China Wok Buffet in Knoxville

I have been to this place many times and I enjoy they're food 9/10 times. Sometimes if I don't get there at the right time then the chicken isn't as good, but at the right time I find that this restraunt is one of my favorites.

They used to have all you can eat crab legs I don't know about it anymore but the butter sauce with the crab legs are really good. I figured out the best way to get the meat out of the crab legs break off both ends and blow the meat out.

The food was ok today but its really a toss up whether the food will be good or not. Today the crab rangoon looked oil logged and the stuffed mushrooms were hard and dry. That being said, this place has really great food sometimes.... it's best to look before purchasing.

Good food, good buffet. Even better they have a worker plating the food so not everyone is touch everything. Definitely made me feel better about eating out with Covid-19. Employees wear mask and seating every other table or so.

Great new way to eat all you can eat. They put it on your plate but as much and as many times you want. Food was very hot too. So go re-try these guys I bet you'll love it too.. thanks guy's your the best so far

I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean with the exception of the carpet, which was disgusting. The food on the bar was fresh, tasted very good, and was reasonably priced. Best buffet I have been to in a while, much better than the choices here in Kingsport

I was on my way to Mandarin Palace and found out the place closed ( the mall closed), looked around and found this place close by. Funny how there is almost no vegetarian food for an asian buffet. Maybe an ok place for a mediocre lunch, but not a good choice by far if you plan to eat chinese food. I would give two stars if they add instant ramen noodles and hot water to the menu

One of the best buffets to eat fun music nice food cool people and the decor is amazing love it 💯🙌 if you are wanting to introduce your family to something different foodwise or Chinese food in general this the go to place .👍its 😎

Enjoyed my meal. I came late on a Sunday evening and some of the food was running low and they had chicken and broccoli instead of beef and broccoli which I found odd. Overall enjoyed it but gave it four stars.

The foods great good service!

Food was hot but there was not a large selection. Dumplings, crab rangoon, hibachi chicken and crab salad was really good. Service was wonderful. I wish they had more to choose from and that the flavor was better for other foods.

Food was all super fresh, everyone was nice, sushi was stocked up good! Everything was great for a very good price. My wife and I left there in a very good mood

My friend ordered a General Tso's chickenand shrimp fired rice at this restaurant andwas infected with covid-19，keep away fromthis restaurant！

Not very often do I ever give one star reviews, however the staff is extremely inattentive we sat around forever before they finally came to take our order, when we got our food they spent the next 20 mins running around and ignoring us, the soup was absolutely terrible, it was won ton soup, it just tasted very watered down and had zero flavor, I could have said something but they literally never came back to our table. I ate the crab Rangoon and sushi I got which was delicious, and waited around for a hostess to drop back by. But it never happened. Ended up just walking up to the register and telling them I was ready to go, I never got a check or ticket or anything.Had someone checked on my even once I’d consider going back because the sushi and crab Rangoon was amazing, but like I said they dropped off the food and that was the last I saw if anyone until I had to physically walk up and tell them I was ready to go

My husband and 2 out of 3 kids enjoy eating here. Myself and middle child find it hard to find enough food that I like to make it worth the price. I will say their eggrolls are my favorite and they have some good chicken if it's fresh.

One of the better Chinese buffets. The food is always fresh and cooked right. Staff is very friendly.

It's ok when you're hungry. It's like a buffet for white people who think they like Chinese food but has never actually had any.

someone caught the coronavirus at this restaurant；this is horrible，the place should be close down

My husband and I have been coming here for quite some time. The food is always reasonably tasteful and the employees pleasant. However, yesterday was quite different. We arrived around 4pm. We waited awhile to be seated as the employees were at a table eating and that's ok. I'm not sure what occurred later but a male employee dressed in a white shirt acted so unprofessional my husband and I were ready to walk out. We could not understand the language but he was clearly upset with other employees and practically screaming at them. Everyone in the restaurant was aware of his behavior and were staring and visibly uncomfortable. This employee needs training on how to conduct himself in the public eye as well as with other employees. This made for a TERRIBLE dining experience and waste of money for my husband and I.

I've been here several times in the past but yesterday the food was really not good at all overall. The items with chicken were tough and chewy. Eggroll was majority of wrapper with very little cabbage inside. Sushi was decent. Steamed broccoli was good. You ask for what you want and they plate it for you due to Covid situation. Food attendant not friendly with customers. With everything else being handled by employees the ice cream scooping station was still do it yourself which I thought made no sense .

Love eating here. Lots of everything to enjoy and don't forget dessert

Ordered off the menu twice & gotten extremely deathly ill vomiting & could barely even stand up the pain in my chest & stomach was that bad. The 2nd time i felt the effects for over a week. Place should be shut down.

Ok buffet food, decent service, fairly typical of a Chinese buffet, overall good for the money

Small business but food is kept fresh and the restaurant is clean. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service

Awesome service, awesome people. They know who we are when we walk in the door. The food is amazing. They have a hibachi grill and an amazing sushi bar. Awesome desert bar and self serve ice cream. It's a dangerous place because YOU WILL eat too much. Lol. I reccomend it for everyone. Enjoy!

Uh they have the best "Peel & Eat" Shrimp in town. Their Stir Fry is Super. For $11.00! Hard to beat.

I always look forward eating their delicious chicken because it never disappoints. However, I've given them three stars because there's one employee there who is never friendly when we pick up our food to go. Though, I've never ate there in person, so I can't say if the other staff is friendly or not but again, their food is wonderful.
